• We will screen all advert responses on behalf of the client
• Interviewing of potential candidates
• Interviewing of temporary and or contract workers prior to assuming duties
• Skills testing
• We also do in-depth qualification verification, reference and criminal checking
• We submit the Curriculum Vitaes of suitable candidates to clients, either by hand or via e-mail.
• Scheduling of interviews between the client and candidates
• We negotiate salary packages on behalf of the clients with successful candidates
• Negotiate rates with temporary employees and contract workers and seals contracts with successful candidates
• A consultant from Advanced HR will personally introduce a temporary employee or contract worker by accompanying him / her onsite.
